Abbronzatura per 29 giorni, in carving. L'abbronzatura non si nota nel colore agrumato aperto, ma è molto evidente nell'aroma complesso, con tante note di scorza, verdure essiccate, arancia e agrumi maturi. Grande armonia in bocca, in un registro pieno e profondo, ma con un perfetto equilibrio acido. Un vino bianco molto civile, elegante, vibrante e lungo.
