Questo vino è l'unione armoniosa di tre importanti vitigni della regione dello Champagne: Pinot Nero, Pinot Meunier e Chardonnay. Proveniente da antichi vigneti nel terroir di Trigny, nel cuore del Massiccio di Saint-Thierry, ogni goccia racconta una storia di tradizione e qualità. La vinificazione, effettuata con lieviti indigeni, preserva l'autenticità di ogni varietà. Senza essere sottoposti a filtrazione, i vini beneficiano di un prolungato invecchiamento sui lieviti, che si traduce in una ricchezza e complessità che solo il tempo può creare.
