Vinificazione del Lady Baga della Quinta do Vallado: Le uve sono 100% di un vigneto esposto a Nord nella Quinta do Orgal nel Douro Superior, con vinificazione certificata in modalità biologica. Per ottenere un'estrazione delicata, il 20% delle uve utilizzate è stato intero (non diraspato) e il restante 80% non schiacciato (bacca intera). Dopo una macerazione a freddo di 24 ore, le uve hanno fermentato per una settimana con pochissima estrazione. Subito dopo la fermentazione alcolica, il vino è stato travasato in botti usate da 225 litri di rovere francese dove ha effettuato la fermentazione malolattica e ha permanenza per circa 12 mesi.

Molto morbido e rotondo, con sapore di frutti di bosco. Il finale è molto fresco con una leggera nota vegetale.
Molto complesso, dove predominano frutti di bosco e aromi di foresta con un tocco di tostato del legno in cui ha invecchiato.
