Dopo una selezione accurata del miglior stato, le uve sono state raccolte in casse da 25 kg e inviate al centro di produzione di vini, dove sono state completamente diraspate. La fermentazione è avvenuta per 9 giorni nei tradizionali serbatoi in pietra granitica da 7 tonnellate con pavimento a piedi e rimontaggio dolce per l'infusione delle bucce e l'estrazione di composti fenolici e aromatici. Al termine della fermentazione alcolica, il vino è stato trasferito in botti di rovere francese di secondo anno, dove ha subito fermentazione malolattica e invecchiato per circa 18 mesi.
