L'annata 2000 è stata ottima per le uve dell'altopiano di Favaios. La natura ci ha premiato con un anno equilibrato, con temperature miti e piogge nei giusti tempi, permettendoci di creare uve di grande qualità, armoniche e ricche di aromi caratteristici della varietà. Dopo un'accurata selezione delle migliori uve Favaios, sono state macerate e fermentati come tradizionalmente nella regione. La fermentazione alcolica è molto breve e, subito dopo la risalita del mantello, gran parte del mosto viene dissanguato e viene applicata l'acquavite. Una piccola parte del mosto continua a fermentare e macerare con le bucce ancora per qualche giorno, e solo successivamente questo mosto, molto ricco aromaticamente, viene invecchiato. I primi e i secondi mosti fortificati vengono poi miscelati e conservati in vecchi tini di legno dove il vino matura lentamente, migliorando il suo bouquet nell'arco di 20 anni. I lunghi anni di affinamento in legno hanno contribuito a sviluppare ulteriormente e complessare anche il profilo aromatico del vino come le tue papille gustative. È un bell'esempio dei migliori Moscatel prodotti sull'altopiano di Favaios. Da questa vendemmia sono stati selezionati solo 3200 litri per questo lotto LIMITED EDITION
