Vinificazione del vino CARM Maria de Lourdes rosso: Nella cantina, con la più moderna tecnologia e controllo totale della temperatura. Sono state eliminate le uve che non si trovavano in perfette condizioni. Si è proceduto alla diraspatura totale e alla pigiatura soffice e shock termico, senza aggiunta di solforosa, seguendo una macerazione ad alta estrazione a 21ºC, per 8 giorni; Malolattica effettuata all'inizio della fermentazione, per ottenere aromi puliti e complessi. Affinamento: 24 mesi in Barriques di Rovere Francese.

In bocca è molto elegante, denotando tannini di texture fine e un finale profondamente persistente, con una freschezza insolita.
Al naso, molto fresco ed elegante, con note di frutti di bosco ben definite, essendo l'aroma complesso per le discrete note di legno.
