Vinificazione Joao Portugal Ramos Vinha de Sao Lazaro 2017 Rosso: le uve vengono diraspate e accuratamente selezionate sul tavolo di selezione manuale. Dopo la frantumazione vengono calpestati nelle presse per marmo mediante la tradizionale battitura a piedi. Trasferimento in vasca di acciaio inox dove termina la fermentazione alcolica. Seguono 12 giorni di macerazione post-fermentativa. Affinamento: 12 mesi in botti di rovere francese seminuove.
Ricco e voluminoso il frutto con tannini morbidi e un finale tostato e lungo
L'aroma denota una buona concentrazione di frutta molto matura con un tocco vegetale come erbe secche e tartufo.
