Il colore è delicatamente dorato con tenui riflessi verdi. Al naso è intenso e riccamente aromatico. Le prime note di scorza di agrumi sono seguite da note di crostata al limone, poi note tostate che ricordano la brioche appena sfornata. Al palato troviamo aromi di scorza di mandarino e arancia candita, evidenziati da un tocco di anice stellato che evidenzia la freschezza aromatica di questo vino. Il palato ricco e denso ha una buona persistenza con una buona amarezza nel finale.
