Questo champagne armonioso rivela morbide sfumature di legno, presentando una notevole complessità. La sua eleganza è accentuata da una sensazione croccante, sottolineata da un attacco fresco e da un'acidità equilibrata. Il frutto vibrante danza in armonia con una freschezza quasi tangibile, mentre il suo colore rosato è accattivante e radioso. L'aroma trasuda la presenza di frutti rossi, principalmente ciliegie. I tannini vellutati donano una struttura raffinata, esaltata dal batonnage sui lieviti.
Più di 50 anfore svolgono un ruolo cruciale nella vinificazione e nella maturazione di questa straordinaria Dame-Jane. I famosi turries (contenitori di media capacità realizzati esclusivamente in pietra arenaria) vengono qui utilizzati per custodire il tesoro del Domaine. Questo vino viene vinificato completamente in anfore e maturato per almeno tre anni surlies.
