Vinificazione del Vino Duorum riserva Rosso: Le uve sono sottoposte a una selezione e diraspate. Segue la macerazione pre-fermentativa a bassa temperatura con pigiatura robotizzata in tini di acciaio inox. Successivamente, vengono trasferite in vasche di acciaio inox a temperatura controllata. La vinificazione termina con la macerazione post-fermentativa. Le masse rimangono a contatto con il mosto fino a un massimo di 18 giorni. Affinamento in barrique di rovere francese per un periodo di circa 18 mesi.
