Cinzano is a vermouth created in Italy in 1757, resulting from the union of wine, alcohol, sugar, and an infusion of herbs and spices, among which absinthe stands out. Cinzano Rosso 1757 is a beautiful vermouth oriented towards cocktails. Its amber red color is due to the infusion of a rich bouquet of high-quality herbs and spices. It is a perfect ingredient for cocktails, thanks to its characteristically light yet persistent finish.

"On the palate, the dried fig opens up to spices (clove, nutmeg, pepper, cinnamon) and wood (roots and barks like licorice), rounded out with vanilla and alpine flowers. It warms in the mouth, with a long and bittersweet finish, typical of absinthe from Piedmont and memories of amber resin."
