Situata a São João da Pesqueira, una delle zone di produzione vinicola più conosciute del Douro, la Quinta de Cidrô si è trasformata in un modello di sperimentazione vitivinicola per tutta la regione. In una terra vergine è stata utilizzata tecnologia all'avanguardia per piantare le migliori varietà, su un'area che supera i 150 ha. Fermentato sotto condizioni moderne di controllo della temperatura e di protezione contro l'ossidazione, evidenzia tutte le caratteristiche inerenti alla varietà. Il Vino Quinta de Cidrô Gewurztraminer Branco è estremamente originale, sfuggendo a stili e convenzioni. È un'eccellente dimostrazione del carattere marcato del Douro, dove anche una varietà così distintiva come il Gewurztraminer viene completamente trasformata dalla regione.
