Sipsmith Sloe Gin è prodotto con il premiato London Dry Gin della distilleria, macerato con bacche di sloe selvatiche raccolte in autunno. Il risultato è un gin ricco, corposo e fruttato, con aromi di prugne mature, ribes rosso e mandorle. Al palato, spiccano il cassis, le ciliegie e i frutti di bosco, completati da un tocco agrumato. La dolcezza equilibrata e il tocco di mandorle offrono un finale morbido e vellutato.
