La Cachaça Fogo da Cana è prodotta esclusivamente con succo di canna da zucchero, senza l'aggiunta di prodotti chimici, e ogni cachaça porta ancora con sé le caratteristiche del suo produttore. Dettagli speciali sono diffusi durante l'intero processo, dalla scelta del tipo di canna da zucchero, passando per il giusto tempo di raccolta, tempo di macinazione, ingredienti e tempo di fermentazione, modo di distillazione e botti per l'invecchiamento, fino all'ingorgo.
