Vinificazione del Vino Bafarela Grande Reserva Tinto 2021 Magnum: selezione accurata delle uve in vigna. La diraspatura è stata totale e la pigiatura controllata. Ha avuto contatto pellicolare pre-fermentativo a basse temperature per 48 ore. La fermentazione si è svolta in vasche di acciaio inox con temperatura controllata e la macerazione con estrazione moderata si è protratta per un periodo superiore a 40 giorni. In nuove vasche di acciaio inox il vino ha effettuato la fermentazione malolattica e immediatamente è stato trasferito in botti (500 Litri) di Quercia Francese dove ha affinato per 12 mesi.

In bocca ha buona ampiezza e precisione, seducente, con frutto evidente molto incentrato sul floreale, ha una buona struttura con tannini fitti ma fini.
