Vinificazione: Le uve provenienti dalla vigna Maria Teresa sono state trasportate in cassette da 22 kg di capacità e sottoposte a una rigorosa selezione su tavolo all'ingresso della cantina. Dopo una totale diraspatura e pigiatura in tino tradizionale, il mosto è stato trasferito in vasche di fermentazione in acciaio inox con temperatura controllata. Al termine della fermentazione alcolica, si è proceduto a una pressatura delicata. Invecchiamento: Quinta do Crasto Vinha Maria Teresa 2017 ha maturato in barrique di rovere 100% nuove, di cui il 90% in rovere francese e il 10% in rovere americano, dove è rimasto circa 20 mesi. Il lotto finale deriva dalla migliore selezione di barrique.

Al palato inizia in modo compatto, evolvendosi in un vino molto seducente, dove si possono trovare tannini dalla texture morbida in perfetta armonia con note retronasali che ricordano freschi aromi di bosco. Termina in modo molto avvolgente, in perfetto equilibrio e con eccellente persistenza.
Colpisce al naso per la sua straordinaria complessità e freschezza aromatica, dove spiccano eleganti note di cisto, frutti di bosco del Douro e spezie.
