Antica Distilleria Quaglia è una distilleria italiana situata nella regione del Piemonte, conosciuta per la sua tradizione e eccellenza nella produzione di distillati artigianali. Fondata nel 1890, la distilleria è un'azienda familiare che ha mantenuto le sue radici nella produzione di liquori, vermouth e gin di alta qualità. La linea "Del Professore" è un omaggio al leggendario bartender Jerry Thomas, noto anche come "The Professor," ed è il risultato di una collaborazione tra l'Antica Distilleria Quaglia e il bar storico Jerry Thomas Speakeasy, a Roma.
