Questo spumante rimane in cantina per 60 lunghi mesi ad una temperatura costante di 12ºC. Il Sauvignon Blanc mostra sottili note di mela verde dalla Vinha do Bárrio a Mogofores. L'acino di Quinta do Amaro a Outeiro de Baixo, evidenzia il potenziale del terroir di Bairrada per questo vitigno con una delicata acidità e magnifiche note terrose che gli danno origine. Poi sono stati aggiunti 3,70 g/L di liquore di spedizione per finire il vino. Dopo un periodo di due mesi dall'intero processo, la bottiglia di spumante è pronta per entrare nel mercato.
Dotato di una bollicina molto fine, risulta molto vellutato in bocca e in perfetto equilibrio con la rinfrescante acidità, conferendo a questo spumante persistenza e raffinatezza.
