Colore giallo paglierino con riflessi dorati dai toni molto luminosi. Naso Intenso e complesso. Frutta bianca matura: pesche, mela golden, mela cotogna. Agrumi come la scorza di limone. Lampi di erbe aromatiche e fiori bianchi, come fiori di pino e ciliegio. Le note di invecchiamento sono infinite: crosta di pane tostato, pasta sfoglia, brioche, frutta secca (come nocciole e mandorle tostate), crema inglese, caffè, pralina, vaniglia... Al palato l'ingresso è potente e con enormi sfumature. Equilibrio tra maturità e freschezza. Bolla fine, scorrevole, cremosa che dona una sensazione di pienezza, una carezza al palato. Forma retronasale espressiva che conferma i ricordi del frutto e del suo lungo invecchiamento. Fine sottile di ricordi minerali.
