O Borges Real Signore Brut Nature Multimillésime è un omaggio ai vini premium selezionati in modo critico per una composizione senza pari e ricca di carattere. Vinificazione: diraspatura totale delle uve, che vengono pressate utilizzando unicamente il mosto di esaurimento. Segue una decantazione statica a freddo per 24 ore, dopo le quali il mosto viene separato dalle fecce. Inizia la fermentazione a temperatura controllata, a 14 ºC. Dopo la fine della fermentazione alcolica, il vino affina sulle fecce fini per 2 mesi. Il metodo utilizzato nella preparazione dello spumante è il Metodo classico, con la seconda fermentazione in bottiglia. Dopo la preparazione del vino base, viene aggiunto il liquore di tiraggio e successivamente si procede all'imbottigliamento. La spumantizzazione o seconda fermentazione avviene a 12 ºC in cantina. Segue l'affinamento che richiede il tempo necessario per raggiungere il livello di qualità desiderato. Prima della commercializzazione si procede alla remuage e dégorgement, terminando il processo con l'aggiunta del liquore di spedizione selezionato per ogni annata. Affinamento minimo 24 mesi.

Il palato è elegante e voluminoso, con una mousse intensa e croccante. Cremoso e avvolgente in bocca con un'acidità molto equilibrata, che gli conferisce un finale lungo e vellutato.
Al naso rivela aromi complessi e intensi, con note di frutta citrus equilibrate da frutta bianca matura, che si mescolano delicatamente con sfumature floreali e morbide note tostate e di brioche.
