Vinificazione del Vino Tinto Beyra Grande Reserva 2021: Raccolta manuale, ricezione con diraspatura totale e pigiatura immediata. Fermentazione a temperatura di 22 - 26 ºC per circa 7 giorni con macerazione soffice in vasche di cemento, macerazione con la tecnica classica del “delestage”, circa 3-4 per fermentazione, fermentazione malolattica in botti usate. Invecchiamento per 14 mesi in botti di rovere americano a grana extra fine da 300 litri.
Attacco dolce in bocca, di grande volume, si avvertono le vibranti note di frutta e spezie che sentiamo al naso, con tannini molto voluminosi e levigati, con un finale lungo e persistente.
Aroma esplosivo, molto intenso, frutti di bosco e spezie con intense note di liquirizia in perfetto equilibrio con discrete note di botte, pane tostato e vaniglia
