Quinta dos Murças VV47 2017 proviene da un vigneto storico, il più antico vigneto verticale del Douro, piantato nel 1947, con esposizione sud-est e pendenza del 40%. Traduce la massima espressione del nostro terroir e delle sue potenzialità, che si caratterizza per la sua eleganza, armonia e complessità. Vinificazione Quinta dos Murças VV47 2017: Vendemmia manuale, tavolo di selezione, diraspatura, pigiatura, fermentazione alcolica con lieviti indigeni a temperatura controllata (25º). a 28ºC), in mulini di granito mediante calpestio e pressatura in una vecchia pressa verticale. Invecchiamento: In botti di rovere francese utilizzate per circa 12 mesi.
Intenso e profondo, con sentori violacei.
Di grande armonia ed eleganza, spiccano i tannini maturi finissimi e l'acidità equilibrata. Ha un finale molto lungo e persistente che, nel suo insieme, lascia presagire una grande longevità
