Quinta do Portal Auru Tinto Wine 2019 viene macerato in piccoli frantoi a una temperatura controllata di 26-28ºC e utilizzando tecniche di gravità per spostare uva/mosto/vino. Questo vino unico, di produzione molto limitata, risulta da una miscela del solito Touriga Nacional , Tinta Roriz e Touriga Francesa, che viene poi vinificato in piccoli frantoi che ci permettono un approccio molto intimo al processo, rispettando il più possibile il frutto, effettuando un'estrazione molto delicata.

In bocca rivela una forte personalità, con un finale espressivo e lascivamente prolungato.
Note di frutta nera, floreale evidente e un leggero pepe
