Vinificazione dello spumante Quinta dos Abibes Arinto & Baga Reserva Bruto 2018: diraspatura totale, pressatura pneumatica soffice e fermentazione alcolica a 16ºC. Della varietà Baga è stato utilizzato solo il 40% circa della resa dell'uva. Spumante metodo classico. Maturazione per 18 mesi in cantina e 3 mesi dopo la sboccatura.
Citrino con lievi sentori dorati
Sapore di mela verde, mascherato da una brioche ben abbinata, mousse croccante, elegante, avvolgente e dal finale persistente
Aroma fruttato e fresco che evidenzia note di frutta rossa (mirtillo e cassis), leggermente minerale
