Vinificazione del Vino Brites Aguiar 2020 Tinto da 6 Litri: le uve sono state completamente diraspate e schiacciate. Dopo un contatto pellicolare pre-fermentativo a freddo per 48 ore. La fermentazione è avvenuta in vasche di inox con temperatura controllata con una macerazione totale superiore a 60 giorni ma senza grandi estrazioni. Il vino è passato in vasche di inox dove è avvenuta la fermentazione malolattica per poi passare direttamente in botti di 500 Litri di Quercia Francese di prima e seconda utilizzazione, dove ha affinato per un periodo di 18 mesi.

In bocca rivela un'acidità vivace e ben integrata. I tannini sono di alta qualità, con presenza di spezie e frutti rossi maturi. Il finale è lungo, intenso e armonico
Intenso e complesso. Note floreali, cisto e lavanda, spezie, pepe, chiodi di garofano e aromi di frutti rossi molto maturi. Presenta legni integrati di alta qualità, frutto di un lungo invecchiamento in botti.
