Descrizione
Naso molto aromatico e un po' più secco di quello che ci si aspetta da un brandy commerciale. Nocciole tostate, mandorle e sentori di affumicato. Note speziate profonde (chiodi di garofano, noce moscata, sentori di corteccia di cannella) bilanciate da cioccolato fondente, confettura di prugne e caramello appiccicoso. Anche note di tabacco da pipa dolce Bocca: ancora più secca rispetto alla maggior parte degli altri distillati. Grandi note di rovere, che si mescolano con caramello, uva passa, prugne e noci per formare un profilo agrodolce. Liscio e concentrato allo stesso tempo. Sentori di estratti vegetali (timo, salvia) e sciroppo per la tosse. Anche un po' di liquirizia.
