Vinificazione dello Spumante Messias Blanc de Noirs Brut: accurata selezione dei vigneti su terreno argilloso calcareo piantati con il vitigno Baga, tenendo conto della sua equilibrata concentrazione e freschezza. Vinificazione del vino base con particolare attenzione alla fase di pressatura delle uve. Mosto decantato fermentato con controllo della temperatura. Seconda fermentazione in bottiglia secondo il metodo tradizionale per ottenere un incremento di struttura e complessità.
