Diverse parcelle di vigneti situate molto vicino al mare nella proprietà della Fajã dos Padres, situata sulla costa sud di Madeira, nella parrocchia di Quinta Grande. Nel 2006 ho fatto la mia prima vendemmia con le uve raccolte alla Fajã dos Padres. Vinificato con il metodo della bica aperta, in pressa continua, questo vino è invecchiato durante i suoi primi quattro anni nel magazzino D (più caldo). Per preservare l'eleganza del vino, nel 2011 ho trasferito il tino nel Magazzino E (più fresco), dove è rimasto fino all'imbottigliamento. A settembre 2023 sono state imbottigliate 1170 unità, tutte numerate individualmente.

Rotondo e pieno al palato, acidità ferma ben presente che equilibra tutto il palato. Sapore mielato speziato e una freschezza che perdura in un finale untuoso e persistente.
Bouquet intenso, note dolci, uva passa, noce moscata, caramello, mela cotogna e fichi maturi.
