Un vino che riflette il carattere e l'eleganza del terroir nei tagli migliori. Dai nostri vigneti in vigna, su terreni argillosi-calcarei, crescono le uve che utilizziamo in questo blend composto da syrah e touriga franca. La nostra vendemmia è manuale e avviene di notte, nelle ore più fresche del mattino. Tutte le uve passano attraverso il tavolo di cernita, garantendo che solo i grappoli migliori arrivino alla fermentazione, che avviene spontaneamente, seguendo una filosofia di intervento minimo. I vini sono invecchiati in botti di rovere francese di diverse età per 12 mesi, prima di affinare la partita in acciaio inox prima dell'imbottigliamento nel giugno 2022.
