Vinificazione dell'Aguardente Adega Velha Double Stage 13 Anni: Le uve, selezionate per la loro elevata acidità e basso contenuto di zuccheri, sono all'origine di un vino leggero ed equilibrato.Il vino viene successivamente sottoposto a due lente e attente distillazioni in un alambicco Charentais, portato dalla regione del Cognac, in Francia. Dopo il processo di distillazione, il Brandy viene invecchiato in botti di rovere francese. Il lotto finale, con un'età media di invecchiamento di 12 anni, viene poi sottoposto ad un periodo di invecchiamento di 12 mesi in botti di vino Vale D. Maria Port, garantendo la conservazione delle caratteristiche originali del brandy.

In bocca ha una consistenza vellutata e un'ottima complessità aromatica in un finale morbido e setoso con note di frutta, miele e spezie.
Molto ricco e complesso, evidenzia un profumo con note fruttate e mature e sfumature di frutta secca derivanti dall'invecchiamento di 12 mesi in botti di Vale D. Maria
