Vinificazione del Vino 2 (Due) Quintas Bianco: La data della vendemmia di ogni parcella viene decisa dopo successive prove dell'uva sul campo. Dopo la decisione presa, le uve vengono raccolte manualmente e trasportate al centro di vinificazione, separate secondo la varietà e la parcella. Segue una macerazione a grappolo intero a freddo per un periodo di circa 24 ore. Le uve fresche vengono pressate delicatamente e il mosto viene trasferito nelle vasche sotterranee, dove avviene la decantazione. Si procede quindi alla regolazione della torbidità del mosto e ha inizio la fermentazione. Circa il 90% del vino fermenta e matura in vasche di acciaio inox e il restante 10% in botti di rovere francese e austriaco di diverse capacità.

L'ingresso in bocca rivela ampiezza, ma sempre morbido, ritrovando lo stesso tipo di frutta matura accompagnata da un'acidità fine. Il finale in bocca è lungo e molto persistente, il che rende difficile non bere di nuovo
Aroma delicato, dove si mescolano gli aromi dolci di fiori, come le rose, e la fresca sensazione aromatica di pietra. Dopo una leggera agitazione si mostra la frutta più matura accompagnata da un leggero aroma affumicato
