Mirabilis Tinto si ispira alla linea dei grandi vini del mondo, dove vengono create texture, aromi, gravità e trasparenza. Dopo l'accurata selezione degli appezzamenti migliori e una vendemmia curata, questo lotto entra in conflitto con l'origine della materia prima, mettendo da parte il concetto di terroir. È un vino irripetibile, non copiabile anno dopo anno, dalla composizione eterogenea piccole quantità, pochi litri di ciascuna delle nostre migliori botti, sottoposte ad una lunga degustazione esperta fino al risultato finale. Mirabilis riflette gli anni viticoli con maggiore profondità di Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo, riflesso in un vino denso, intenso negli aromi, tridimensionale, enorme persistenza fisica, profondo e molto preciso.
