Offley Tawny 30 Anni è un Vino Porto eccezionale, un tawny di altissima qualità, prodotto a partire da vini antichi e rari selezionati da Offley, il prestigioso marchio che unisce contemporaneità a quasi tre secoli di esperienza. Offley Porto Tawny 30 Anni è prodotto secondo il metodo tradizionale del Vino Porto. Le uve raccolte a mano sono diraspate e schiacciate, seguendo la fermentazione con macerazione delle bucce per l'estrazione dei migliori componenti. L'aggiunta della acquavite stabilisce l'equilibrio tra corpo e aroma del vino, essendo il momento ideale stabilito dal team di Enologia dopo un rigoroso controllo delle temperature di fermentazione e delle densità, fattore che varia secondo la varietà, il grado di maturazione e la dolcezza finale desiderata. I vini rimangono nel Douro fino a essere trasportati a V.N.Gaia nella primavera successiva, dove entrano nelle secolari cantine di Offley, per l'invecchiamento in botti di legno di quercia secondo il sistema tradizionale del Vino Porto. Nel corso degli anni, i vini eccezionali selezionati per l'Offley Porto Tawny 30 Anni sono accuratamente travasati, assaggiati e analizzati, effettuando i rabbocchi e le correzioni ritenute necessarie dal team di Enologia. Il lotto finale risulta dalla più accurata selezione di vini che vanno dai 25 ai 40 anni di età, combinati con maestria e sapere per raggiungere l'identità unica, lo stile e la consistenza dell'Offley Porto Tawny 30 Anni.
