Vinificazione del Vino Quinta das Bageiras Reserva Tinto: alcune delle sue uve Baga provengono da viti vecchie, ma negli anni in cui non c'è cantina e c'è riserva, una parte delle uve delle viti vecchie è destinata a questo vino. Queste uve vengono fermentate tra 5 e 8 giorni in tino aperto e senza diraspatura (non si tolgono gli acini dal grappolo). Successivamente, si effettua un rimontaggio con masse di legno, più volte al giorno, fino a raggiungere l'intensità corretta. Poi, il vino completa la fermentazione in botti di legno già vecchie. Durante il riposo viene chiarificato e affinato negli stessi tini per circa 18 mesi. Viene imbottigliato senza alcuna chiarifica o filtrazione. Tutti questi processi sono fatti manualmente.
