Vinificazione del Vino Titan Vale dos Mil Bianco: Uve fresche al loro punto ideale di maturazione, raccolte a mano in cassette da 20 kg, vengono trasportate alla cantina dove sono sottoposte a una scrupolosa selezione manuale, diraspatura e delicata pigiatura, seguite da una macerazione pellicolare in vasca di acciaio inox per 48 ore. Senza decantazione, il mosto è stato trasferito in barrique di rovere francese, dove ha fermentato con lieviti indigeni e ha maturato con agitazione delle fecce fini per 16 mesi.
