Il London N°1 è prodotto con i pregiati chicchi del Norfolk, nella regione del Suffolk. Deve il suo nome ad Apsley House, divenuta nota come la Nº1 di Londra, per l'imponenza della sua proprietà in una posizione di rilievo nella città (vicino a Hyde Park). Oggi la casa Nº1 è sinonimo di raffinata eleganza, cultura e arte , attributi che si riflettono nello stesso gin London Nº1.
