Vinificazione del Vino Mouchao Tonel 3-4 Tinto 2013: Le uve del vitigno Alicante Bouschet sono state raccolte in cassette da 20 Kg e immediatamente vinificate. Senza diraspatura, la fermentazione è avvenuta in tini con pigiatura a piedi. Dopo la fermentazione il vino è stato travasato nelle botti n°3 e n°4. Affinamento: L'affinamento è durato 36 mesi nelle botti n°3 e n°4, con la sua evoluzione valutata regolarmente tramite degustazioni per confermare l'imbottigliamento come Tonel N° 3-4.
