Vinificazione del vino Herdade dos Grous Vendemmia Tardiva 2019: Accurata selezione di uve colpite dal fungo Botrytis Cinerea, un fenomeno naturale comunemente noto come muffa nobile. Pigiatura in pressa pneumatica senza diraspatura né pigiatura. Inoculo con lieviti selezionati. Fermentazione lenta a basse temperature per circa 2 mesi. Il vino invecchia per 24 mesi in botti di rovere francese del secondo anno.
