Vinificazione del Vino Boa Vista Reserva Tinto da 3 Litri: vendemmia manuale. Selezione manuale dei grappoli. Svinatura e delicata pigiatura delle uve. Come serbatoi di fermentazione, i tradizionali laghi in granito con pigiatura a piedi, vasche di fermentazione in inox e per i piccoli lotti, contenitori in pvc alimentare o fermentazione in botti nuove di legno francese da 500 litri. Ognuno di questi tipi di fermentazione conferisce al vino uno stile particolare. Come filosofia di vinificazione abbiamo solo una: estrarre in modo delicato tutte le caratteristiche delle uve. Affinamento: 100% in botti di rovere francese di diverse tonnellerie e con diversi tipi di tostatura. Dopo un affinamento che varia tra i 15 e i 20 mesi, si è proceduto alla formazione dei diversi lotti.

Struttura presente ma molto delicata, ancora una volta, supportata dalla frazione aromatica che crea un profilo di vino di grande eleganza e presenza in bocca. Finale molto lungo con un enorme potenziale di invecchiamento
Profondo, rivelando un'immensa complessità per la sua giovane età. La componente aromatica del vino dimostra maestria nell'integrarsi con gli aromi derivanti dall'invecchiamento in botte. Notevole è l'immensa tavolozza di frutti rossi e neri (fragole, more, lamponi), note floreali (viola e fiori di campo) e note speziate.
