O Soalheiro Granit rivela il lato più minerale del vitigno Alvarinho. È un Alvarinho che proviene da una selezione specifica di vigneti piantati sopra i 200 metri di altitudine, rivelando la mineralità che collega il suolo di origine granitica del terroir di Monção e Melgaço e il vitigno Alvarinho, perfezionato con la batonage e l'affinamento sulle fecce fini. La fermentazione avviene in vasche di acciaio inox a una temperatura più elevata del solito per i vini bianchi, mostrando un aroma elegante e più minerale con un finale secco e persistente.
