Il Vinho Verde Quintas de Melgaço Alvarinho e Chardonnay è fatto esclusivamente con uve delle varietà Alvarinho e Chardonnay, due delle più nobili varietà bianche al mondo. Vinificazione: Pressatura delicata e decantazione di 72 ore a temperatura controllata tra 8ºC - 16ºC. Fermentazione in botti usate con controllo della temperatura tra 16ºC - 18ºC. Affinamento: in botti di rovere francese per 18 mesi con movimento regolare dei lieviti durante i mesi di affinamento.
