Fermenta e invecchia in botti di rovere francese per 6 mesi. Oggi, la sua complessità ed eccellenza derivano da oltre 25 anni di studio per raggiungere la perfezione. Nel corso di questi anni è diventato un punto di riferimento in Portogallo per la sua eleganza, classe e coerenza.
