Prove Zaide - Povero Zaide, il grido pungente del re moro Zaide nelle mani dei conquistatori cristiani. La leggenda e i popoli hanno così dato il nome all'altopiano di Provezende, nel Cima Corgo del Douro Vinhateiro. All'esperienza della viticoltura di Cândido Tojal si è unita la conoscenza della vinificazione dell'enologo Pedro Sequeira - insieme hanno fatto rinascere la leggenda e il vino di Provezaide. Sono state imbottigliate 2000 bottiglie da 0,75L nell'agosto 2020.
