Vinificazione del Vino Quinta dos Frades Vigne Vecchie Rosso: le vigne per questo vino fanno parte dei migliori terroir della tenuta. La mobilitazione del suolo è effettuata dall'animale. L'uva viene vendemmiata a mano, diraspata e pigiata a piedi in tini di granito. La fermentazione dura tra 6 e 10 giorni con estrazione delicata e controllo della temperatura. Affinamento: 12 mesi in barrique nuove di rovere francese, con tostatura leggera. Minimo 12 mesi di affinamento in bottiglia.
