Le uve delle varietà destinate a questo vino sono state ricevute in cantina in piccole cassette da 20 kg, scaricate direttamente nella pressa pneumatica. I mosti, debitamente protetti dall'ossidazione mediante l'uso di gas inerti, sono stati sottoposti a decantazione statica a bassa temperatura per un periodo di 24 ore. Sono poi stati inviati a serbatoi in acciaio inox con temperatura controllata, dove è avvenuta la fermentazione, per circa 20 giorni, a temperature controllate. In questo vino si è cercato di recuperare vecchie abitudini del Dão nell'affinamento dei vini bianchi, in cui era comune l'affinamento per lunghi periodi in vecchie botti di rovere, attraversando così, nel corso dell'anno, varie condizioni ambientali.
