Vinificazione del vino Branco Herdade das Servas Reserva 2019: Dopo la diraspatura e la pigiatura, le uve vengono pressate in una pressa pneumatica con protezione dall'ossidazione. Decantazione statica per 48 ore e fermentazione alcolica in botti di rovere francese Fase: Una volta completata la fermentazione alcolica, il vino matura per 9 mesi in botti di rovere francese con batonnage regolare. Dopo l'imbottigliamento ha riposato in bottiglia per 6 mesi nella nostra cantina.
