Vinificazione del Vino Quinta das Bageiras Garrafeira Bianco: le uve del vino Quinta das Bágeiras sono garrafeiras bianche, con più di 75 anni. Viene vinificato a bica aperta, essendo la maggior parte posta in piccoli decantatori da 1 m³, dove rimane tra 24 e 36 ore per effettuare la decantazione tramite utilizzo naturale. Al termine di questo processo, o poco dopo, viene trasferito in vecchie botti di legno da 2500l, dove sono già state effettuate varie fermentazioni. Viene imbottigliato senza alcun tipo di filtro o chiarifica (processo di chiarificazione che può trascinare proteine) e non sempre nello stesso mese, poiché si lascia che sia il vino stesso a decidere quando è pronto per l'imbottigliamento.
