Vinificazione del Vino Cadão Reserva Tinto 2018 da 5 Litri: Vendemmia manuale, con criterio di maturazione ottimale in cui i grappoli sono accuratamente selezionati. Macerazione pellicolare e fermentazione alcolica con controllo della temperatura in vasche di acciaio inox. Macerazione post-fermentativa seguita da fermentazione malolattica. Invecchiamento minimo di 3 anni prima di essere imbottigliato.
