O Pó de Poeira Branco 2016 é um branco premium da emblemática Quinta do Poeira, no Douro, assinado por Jorge Nobre Moreira, que em 2016 foi galardoado com 90 pontos por Robert Parker. Produzido com Alvarinho (e uma pitada de Gouveio), este vinho revela-se elegante, com notas florais, nuances minerais e citrinas — maçã verde, pêra — e um perfil de boca definido por acidez viva, textura sedosa e final longo. Fermentado em inox e carvalho francês, estagiou entre 6 a 8 meses em barrica, beneficiando da vindima tardia em vinhas de encosta voltadas a norte, que preservam frescura e fineza. A abordagem minimalista e terroir-driven de Moreira faz deste Douro branco um exemplo singular que combina sofisticação, mineralidade e elegância gastronómica.
