Un vino che traduce il carattere e l'eleganza del terroir in Cortes de Cima. Dalle nostre vigne a Vidigueira, su terreni argillo-calcarei, crescono le uve che usiamo in questo lotto composto da Syrah e Touriga Franca. La nostra vendemmia è manuale e si svolge durante la notte, nelle ore più fresche dell'alba. Tutte le uve passano per il tavolo di selezione, garantendo che solo i migliori grappoli arrivino alla fermentazione, che avviene spontaneamente, seguendo una filosofia di intervento minimo. I vini hanno maturato in barrique di diverse età di rovere francese per 12 mesi, prima della maturazione del lotto in acciaio inox prima dell'imbottigliamento a giugno 2022.
